Your media is delivered online in a zipped format. Read these instructions for downloading and unzipping media by phone or computer.
Procedure for unzipping your downloaded media on various devices.
Android Device, Phone or Tablet
Use the *Files by Google *app.
IOS Device, Phone or Tablet
Use the Files App. The Files app on iOS devices is the primary application for managing and unzipping files.
Windows 11, Laptop or Desktop
Locate the zipped folder that you want to unzip (extract) files or folders from. Unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, by right clicking the folder. Select Extract All and then follow the instructions.
Apple, Laptop or Desktop
Method 1: The quickest way to unzip a folder on a Mac is to double-click it. The built-in Archive Utility will automatically decompress the file and create a new folder with the same name as the zip file, containing the extracted files, in the same location.
Method 2:
Right-click the file. From the menu that appears, select “Open” or “Open with”. Choose Open if Archive Utility is the default. Otherwise, select Open with > Archive Utility. The files will decompress into a new folder next to the .zip file.
